The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary CEO/Fundraiser to join CreatorsIQ as a key leader. You’ll be the face of the company, driving fundraising efforts, building strategic partnerships, and steering the company’s growth. This role involves working closely with Steve Foley and Joshua Weeks to scale the platform and realize our mission.

This is an equity-only position until our fundraising round is successful, at which point the role will transition into a competitive salary plus equity package.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Leadership:
  • Lead efforts to secure seed funding, targeting $750,000+ in capital.
  • Leverage your investor network to build relationships with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches, aligning the company’s vision with investor priorities.
• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with CreatorsIQ’s mission and roadmap.
  • Serve as the public face of CreatorsIQ at investor meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with Steve Foley and Joshua Weeks to refine strategic direction and expand platform capabilities.
• Partnership Development:
  • Establish key partnerships with platforms, creators, and enterprises to enhance credibility and market reach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully raising capital for startups, ideally in SaaS, blockchain, or AI.
• At least 2+ successful exits or demonstrated ability to scale startups from early-stage to profitability or acquisition.
• Extensive network of investors, VCs, and industry leaders in tech or creative sectors.
• Exceptional storytelling and pitching skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
• Experience in building and scaling early-stage companies, with a focus on achieving product-market fit.
• Passion for blockchain, AI, and empowering creators in the digital economy.
